This was main learning from literacy classes when we monitored of the field. Necessity is a mother invention. We begun to think for long solution of this reason. After then MCDC has started local level informal micro credit services from its generated fund in 1997 with literacy classes like integrated services. The main objective of this thought is reducing of poverty by generating self-employment system. It needs to develop skill, capitalization by regular saving and forming groups for unity. During this journey, MCDC was succeed to get intermediatory license from central bank of Nepal Rastriya bank and started formal micro finance. After that MCDC became two parts, one is micro finance and other is social development support for raising   up the poor, marginalized, back ward community in the community. MCDC had been launching with successfully both parts as parallelly and separated microfinance part in D class Bank under the company act 2063. Nowadays the microfinance is known as Mahuli Laghubitta Bittya sanstha ltd. It is national level D class bank and successfully running now under the Company act 2073 and MCDC has been working purely social development sector by getting support from different partners like GOs and NGO/INGOs.
